WESTERN STATES FIRE HAS DEVELOPED A NEXT-GENERATION INNOVATION FOR FIREFIGHTING - A PROPRIETARY HIGH-EXPANSION FOAM THAT IS DROPPED BY HELICOPTER AND IS UP TO 10X MORE EFFECTIVE AT CONTROLLING WILDFIRES
Using the proprietary, SkHI-EX high expansion foam system mounted on a helicopter, one SkHI-EX system can cover more fire line in one day than seven C-130 cargo planes. The illustration below is of the SkHI-EX system, the amount of fire line covered in one load by the SkHI-EX system compared to a C-130 Air Tanker, and a prototype foam unit demonstration.
MEET LARRY SUKAY

The SkHI-EX aerial high expansion foam fire fighting system has been developed by Larry Sukay, CEO/Founder. He is the former Deputy Fire Chief, Special Operations and Tactical Rescue Greenburg Fire Department, and former Deputy Chief – Operations Elfin Forest/Harmony Grove Fire Department. Larry has a B.S. Degree in Business and a A.S. Degree in Fire Sciences. He and his team have performed successful proof of concept tests on a 1/16 scale volume system and have developed a proprietary foam concentrate that will be utilized in the system.
Management has filed U.S. Patent Application (also PCT) on its system and will be actively filing other patents in the future.
Management plans to sell its SkHI-EX systems for mounting on helicopters and sell the proprietary foam for use in fighting fires. The total market for systems is $600+ million, and the foam market is $800+ million annually. Initial sales are planned for 2025 of a suspended unit that will only require UL and Forest Service regulatory approval. The full SkHI-EX systems sales are planned to commence in 2026 following FAA approval.
